About N. A. Beijers Mekaniska Verkstad

Soldat Nils August Beijer begins his production of ignition ball engines in 1908 in Vimmerby, Småland. Before that, together with his brother Frans Oskar Beijer, he had manufactured engines in Kristdala. Their first engine was already manufactured sometime between 1895 and 1896, in the soldiers' camp at Stensjöholm. Nils August hot bulb engines are very robust and reliable, which makes his engines one of the largest makers in Sweden.
